Who owns any intellectual property developed from a Lottery Community Sector Research funded project?

Ownership of any intellectual property developed from activities funded by a Lottery Community Sector Research Committee grant will depend on the agreement between the organisation receiving the grant, their community, hapū or iwi, and any service providers that are involved.

Information, including data, collected in a project not subject to privacy or confidentiality obligations, is expected to be made available to the public on request.
