Do our research results have to be made available to the public?

It is expected that the results of any Lottery-funded research will be made publicly available, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Grant recipients are also obliged to ensure that intellectual property ownership is respected.

The Lottery Grants Board and the Committee disclaim liability for the dissemination of any research findings or other material considered to be defamatory.
